We use Primary Advantage Maths as our medium term plan, although where it is applicable we also teach maths through our wider curriculum topics.

In summary:

Over the course of Key Stages 1 and 2, children will be given the opportunity to develop to the full, their abilities in:

  • Algebra

Our Maths lessons are taught every day in Year 1 to 6 and incorporate a range of skills linked to mental maths and written mathematical calculations, dependant on the appropriateness at different ages.
